What You Need to Know

Many thanks for your interest in buying a firebox. Before placing your order please take some time to read the notes below.

Postage

We ship by first class recorded  or airmail except for large orders which we have to send by parcelforce to remain economic. Orders are generally shipped from the UK. We are often able to ship next day (Monday if ordered over the weekend) but sometimes there is a delay because we do not have some of the parts in stock. If there will be a significant delay we will let you know. Occasionally an order will arrive whilst we are on holiday which will result in a delay. If the delay is likely to be over 21 days we will refund your money and contact you again as soon as we are able to fulfil your order.

Returns

If you receive your firebox and do not find that it was what you are looking for you may return your order to me within seven days of receipt for a refund. You will unfortunately have to cover the costs of return postage yourself. Please keep proof of posting in case the parcel goes astray. If you have any doubts as to whether the firebox is what you are looking for I would ask that you please do not light up the firebox.
